Call for emergency

With one tap of the CALL button, MedAlerts places a call to the emergency number for your country.

Sends Alert Text to Neighbours

When the emergency call is made, texts are instantly sent to the contacts in your list of “Neighbours” advising them that you require assistance and to help with access.

You can enter your Neighbours' details manually or by selecting them from your phone's Contact list.

For apartment dwellers, we suggest you include as many neighbours from your floor as possible. 

Is there a medical practitioner or a building manager in your building that you can include?

Sends Alert Text to Friends & Family

A text is also automatically sent to those you have included in your “Friends & Family” advising them, no matter where they live, that you have placed a MedAlerts medical emergency call.

Activity log

The “Activity Log” will provide you with your call and text history.
